MiniDRO Description:
MiniDRO utilizes mini encoders that are coupled to the leadscrews, and when rotated by the leadscrews, generate a digital signal that is processed and displayed by the PC.
MiniDRO Brief Instructions:
Remove leadscrews
Chuck leadscrews in the lathe chuck
Drill a slight interference fit hole in the end of the Leadscrew
Tap in the coupling pin
Reinstall the leadscrews
Align the mini encoder to line up to the coupling pin
Drill, tap, and bolt the encoder in place
Adjust alignment and tighten bracket
Plug up, Bootup
